My single Washington Fan Palms range from 3 3/4" to 5" and have spiked fronds, with dead palm material underneath based on the Washingtonia filifera type.   They have flexible trunks and can be posed upright or bent.   Palms require more than double the time & effort to produce, but you'll be delighted how these add to a scene on your model railroad, modules, diorama or special scene.   Avoid touching the fronds, to avoid damage.   These are built similar to Luke Towan's.
